The hotel is located inside the Galala Tourist Resort at the top of the Galala road connecting between Ain Sokhna in the north and Zaafarana and overlooks the Gulf of Suez. The hotel is located on a unique location on the Red Sea with an area of 9150 square meters, and it consists of a floor, a basement and 4 recurring floors, and includes 266 rooms, 24 hotel suites, 4 restaurants and a multi-purpose hall in addition to 15 public spaces for multiple uses, the project also includes the establishment of a swimming pool on an area of 400 meters, a dancing fountain in front of the hotel, and parking spaces for 400 cars.

Al-Alama Contracting and Supplies Company implemented the HVAC system and firefighting works.
